01What's happening to Spring?
Spring is shutting down on September 15. After it closes, you won't be able to create, sell, or manage products there.
02What’s the timeline of the Spring shut down?
Spring will shut down in stages so creators still have time to manage payouts and a small number of remaining account actions after selling ends.
Before September 15, make sure to download any artwork, images, listing details, or other store information you want to keep.
If you purchased a custom domain through Spring, a separate self-service domain transfer tool will also become available on September 15 so you can begin transferring your domain to another registrar.
September 15, 2026 — Spring stores close
On September 15:
Spring stores will stop accepting new orders.
Selling, product, and listing tools will no longer be available.
The Creator Dashboard will switch to a limited version focused on payouts and essential account actions.
You’ll still be able to:
• View payout balances and payout history.
• Add or update payout account information.
• Complete payout confirmation steps.
• Provide required tax information.
• Request eligible payouts.
• Check payout status.
• You will no longer be able to manage products, listings, or storefront content.
October 15, 2026 — The Creator Dashboard closes
On October 15, the remaining Spring Creator Dashboard will be fully disabled.
After that date, eligible creators will use a separate website to view and access their payout balances, request payouts, and track payout status until all eligible payout balances have been fully distributed.

04What happens to my Spring account after the shutdown?
Selling tools will no longer be available after September 15, 2026. Spring account access will end on October 15, 2026. After that date, the Creator Dashboard will no longer be available. If you still have an eligible payout balance, you’ll use a separate website to view your balance, request payouts, and track payout status until your eligible balance has been fully distributed.

No. Creating your Amaze Commerce account is free.
07Will my products and sales history move over automatically?
No — setup on Amaze Commerce is self-serve, so you'll build your storefront there. Your Spring order history and payout balance stay in Spring and remain accessible from your account.
08How long does it take to set up my storefront?
Most creators can get a storefront up and running in a matter of minutes.
09I use a custom domain with Spring — what happens to it?
• I purchased a custom domain through Spring — what happens to it?
Effective September 15, 2026, Spring will no longer offer annual domain renewal as a normal recurring service. If you purchased your domain through Spring, you’ll need to transfer it to another registrar before your current registration expires. A self-service transfer tool will be available on September 15. No action is needed yet — we’ll email you again when the transfer tool is ready with instructions for moving your domain.
• I purchased my domain somewhere else and connected it to Spring — what happens to it?
Recurring Spring subscription payments for the connected-domain service will end on September 15, 2026. Your domain itself will remain registered with your existing registrar. Ending the Spring subscription does not cancel or transfer your domain. Before then, make sure to remove or repoint any DNS records that currently point to Spring so you can continue using your domain with another website or service.
